Should I Trust Life or Not?

Resisting life is resisting what you really want. So how do you know when you are resisting what you really want? You already know the answer to this question.....

You know when you're allowing what you want because you feel completely at ease. When you are not at ease, resistance is present. You are either moving towards one of two things. What you think will bring you happiness, or true happiness. Happiness is Life itself. So we ask ourselves are we flowing with life or against it?

Lets take a look at what happens when we chase after what we think will bring us happiness:

1) You are often nervous and anxious because life won’t cooperate with your plans
2) You're willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to get what you want, to include your integrity
3) You're usually scheming in some way to win your next victory
4) You are in a battle or recovering from one
5) You are unable to rest quietly when you need to
6) You are easily angered when someone or something gets in your way
7) You are forever driven to want something "else"
8) You are certain that what you have is who you are
9) You are certain that how you feel and what you think is who you are
10) You're always trying to convince yourself that you got what you wanted even when you are not happy.

Now lets take a look at what happens when you want what life wants:

1) You are never disappointed with what happens
2) You are always in the right place at the right time
3) You are quietly confident, no matter what the circumstances
4) You are out of the reach of anger and anxiety
5) You are awake and sensitive to your surroundings
6) You are free of ever feeling as thought that you've missed out
7) You are never thrown by a loss
8) You are in total command of events
9) You are mentally quiet and happy
10) You are eternally grateful

What To Do? The Emptiness of Busy-ness

As I sit under the trees, birds, and, bugs, green all around, I can easily see the abundance of life. I ask myself, why do I worry about what to do next? As the answer surfaces I feel present....

I am amazed at how powerful it is to live in each moment. You don't know what will happen next, but you can expect that at each turn you will be given a gift, and the direction to know what to do. By not worrying about the future you are better prepared for it. By being “aware” right now means you know when a decision is to be made, and how to make it. I have learned that if you don't know what to do in any moment, then there is nothing to do, until you are inspired to act. End of story! When it is time to make a decision you will clearly know! How many times do we spin our wheels doing something useless, because we feel compelled “to do” something rather than trust each moment.

You are a being with no future! Each moment will reveal itself to you perfectly "sit still and the world will roll at your feet". You are a human being, not a human doing. What to do will effortlessly flower right in front of you while you are being presently aware. Your obvious next step will present itself to your feet from who you are being. It is that simple! Just BE!

Persist Without Exception!

When things seems worst...you must not quit! You are likely "3 feet from Gold"

Early gold prospectors often gave up after reaping gold from the surface in the rivers. The wise and successful ones went just 3 feet deeper to the veins of gold hidden beneath the earth. They became wealthy beyond measure!

Rest if you must, but don't quit! It may be time to reflect, and to forgive, and begin again.

I am so grateful that I really do see life as a magical adventure. I used to worry and be afraid of not receiving what I needed. But now I feel the grace and ease, the abundance of all the goodness here for me. It feels wonderful!!! I am so grateful for this invisible knowing!

Law of Attracting Big Birds

I have been using the LOA " workshop" Idea from Abraham-Hicks. Basically you go about your day looking for things, events, feelings, people that you want to create more of. A bit like a law of attraction shopping spree! Then for 15 minutes a day think of the things you would like and feel the feelings of having the ease and grace in your reality.

This morning I was visualizing close encounters with birds...... among many other things like healthy relationships, healthy finances, beautiful nature, ample time, peace, happiness, health, wealth, and wonderful people to learn through.

Well this morning as I walked my dogs to our favorite hiking spot, a large Barred Owl flew right in front of us. You know close enough that I could see his eyes, and see the multi-colored feathers. What a sight!! The LOA works!

Well I am off to a Law of Attraction dinner I am hosting at my favorite Japanese Steakhouse..I will let you know how it goes! Be Well & Prosper!

My story with awakening to the Law of Attraction began as I was hiking with my dogs one sunny morning in March. I was talking with a dear friend on my cell, whose voice was vibrant as she raved about the new movie "The Secret", just then my phone beeped and it was my father calling. He was excitingly telling me about the new movie "The Secret"! That is usually all it takes to get my attention, when something is mentioned at least twice to me I seem to wake up to it. It is the universe making a statement. I quickly went out and bought the movie, watched it and was truly blown a away! (Only a few weeks earlier I got married and had to kiss my sweetheart good-bye as he went overseas to help those in need in the middle east. So I was ready to make a positive change in my new life) I laid in bed that night after seeing the movie for the first time. I was clear that as Jack Canfield says "If its not fun don't do it!" At the time I was involved in Real Estate and it wasn't much fun for to me. I looked up at the ceiling of my bedroom and said out loud to the universe "I am ready for a significantly positive change in my life. I'm not sure what but I want to have fun, I want to make at least $20,000 a month, and I want to travel the world helping people awaken to this amazing truth" Remember I did not know the "how", and that is not our job to worry about the how.

Well within a few short weeks I was introduced to
